Career Related Experience:

Associate Department Head and Extension Program Leader for Rangeland Ecology and Management, Statewide but Headquartered in Corpus Christi, Texas Cooperative Extension; October, 1996 to present. Plans, coordinates, and manages statewide Extension programs and provides operational supervision of the Program Unit Specialists. General Manager, La Copita Demonstration Ranch, Jim Wells county, Texas.

Professor and Extension Range Specialist, South and Coastal Bend Extension Districts, Corpus Christi, Texas; Texas Cooperative Extension, June, 1976 to the present. Responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating adult and youth range management programs in 37 South Texas counties. Primary focus is on Total Range Resource Management Systems including range ecology, brush management, grazing management, wildlife-range-livestock relationships, and forage dynamics.

Associate Professor, Sul Ross State University, Alpine, Texas; June, 1972, to June, 1976. Taught undergraduate and graduate courses in Wildlife and Range Sciences and conducted research on Mule-Deer-Livestock-Range Interactions.

Instructor, Presidio Independent School District, Presidio, Texas, Sept., 1970, to June 1972. Taught science and math courses at the Junior High and High School.
